We provide the care you deserve

Adults and older adults may experience difficulties in their ability to participate in their daily activities following an injury, diagnosis or change in their physical, cognitive, emotional and psychosocial function. We understand that these changes can further impact how they are able to complete their daily activities and how they can engage in their occupations.

These changes and difficulties often negatively influence their overall well-being and ability to participate in activities related to self-care, productivity and leisure.

Our occupational therapists will work with you, whether it is at home, work or in the community, to assess your functional abilities and needs and to provide you with personalized recommendations, strategies, adaptations and modifications to promote safety, autonomy and improved overall function.
